Mix016 - Rave

Nice flow in this one, and some of the best transitions I've managed to execute for some time. Getting back on the decks after a longer break where I've become a bit rusty. This mix starts with the beautiful tune "Bind" from Howling and is then hitting it off with bass heavy tunes from: Mathias Schooner, Umek, WhoMadeWho, Alan Fitzpatrick, Roberto Capuano, Spartaque, Maceo Plex, Enrico Sangiuliano, Ben Klock, Sam Paganini, Bassment Jaxx, Frost.

In the last part of the mix I throw in a tune from Reptile Youth, only wanting the vocal layer and then keep the baseline from "Heads Above" with WhoMadeWho - this was an experiment and I might had to cut it off a few seconds sooner and made the loop range from Heads a bit longer, but hey, it was an experiment. I actually wanted some "silent" drop and vocals- but the flow just kept going, so this mix became all about energy and flow and is a bit more "techno" than the tech house and progressive style I normally use. Fuel for work (or dance)!
