An "Easy Does It" movement warm-up moment can be enjoyed any time of the day. I recommend starting on the floor with a warm, cozy blanket wrapped around you or with some warm fuzzy socks on and then just listen... welcome stillness and breath, welcome warmth and movement as it arises....easy does it.
Tracklist
Playing tracks by Sacred Earth, Meeting by Chance, Brian Eno, Trevor Hall, East Forest, Praah Musique, Steffen Kirchhoff, Luna and more.
