Back on the rough stuff (coffee), I come at you this morning burning. Anne Carson, one of the great loves of my life, is the reason I'm reading you Ingeborg Bachmann today. These three poems are vigorous and clear, and I hope their strength will stun/stir/stimulate you the way they do me.
