I've really been wanting to make a mix like this for ages. One full of interesting tunes. not necessarily just for the dancefloor or just for the headphones, but one just full of interesting music: weird noises, crazy indulgent progressions, odd harmonics or song structure. stuff i'm not really qualified to define, but which makes me wish i had a fat soundsystem at home so i could prove to people that it doesn't need to be kiss ibiza '99 to get people on the dancefloor (i have that CD by the way, it rocks!).
Anyway, enough guff from me. I just hope you enjoy it. special thanks to the dbox crew for so many wonderful songs.
And i'd like to dedicate this mix to my upstairs neighbours, the maestro kate and the maestro chris for letting me use their bedroom as my subwoofer. it's much appreciated guys.
(NB - there are a few glitch sounds on here, i'm not quite sure what they are - i think my computer may be ready for the knackers yard - sorry if it gets in the way of enjoyment)
