To coincide with the start of Spring, I've finally spent the time crafting a 2+ hour mix especially for a half-marathon. So get outside and have a run... If you're training, or taking a half-marathon, this will guide you through the start, sustain you in the middle, kick you through the wall, and you'll be grooving to the finish line.
