Ambience

Ambient is probably my favourite musical genre, because if anything is capable of creating mood and atmosphere, that would be it. Here I have compiled a session, consisting of favourites old and new; while giving a respectful nod towards the 1990s jungle / drum&bass era, which has spawned many interesting creations from established artists outside their usual territory. Two of my "holy trinity" are also represented here, namely FSOL and Global Communication.

I also chose to complement this mix with a picture I took one early summer morning in southern Estonia, which is the part of my home country that is especially rich in natural sights.
