O2 Making Waves - Molasha

Molasha combines the musical talent of husband and wife Cliodhna and Conor Brennan.
Ciodhna started out playing in bars in Berlin, before returning to Ireland and teaming up with Conor,
a post-punk enthusiast. These spiky roots influenced Molasha's first songs, noisy rushes of energy and
invention. More recently, as befits a band named after a 9th Century monk, their music has evolved
towards a sparser and more unadorned style. Currently completing their debut album, 2006 has a lot
