I made the first Guitarissimo mix 5 years ago. I followed it up a year or so later. But then for some reason it took me 4 years to get to volume 3.
This version is similar to the others the vibe is a bit spaghetti western and dusty, moody, twangy with a little Latin feel. And of course much of it has an ambient atmosphere.
One of my favorite discoveries while making this mix was Hermanos Gutiérrez. As the name implies the band is brothers - Alejandro and Estevan Gutiérrez. They create beautiful Latin landscapes with their guitars. Check out their stuff here - https://hermanosgutierrez.bandcamp.com/

Finally, Brightblack Morning Light mescaline mellowness - as excellent and unique as it is obscure, I think this is the 1st MC mix I ever heard with these cats being featured ! Fantastic journey, as always, kudos and many thanks. No matter how much I adore even the most abstract Low Light Mixes ambient excursions, I'm always bought for all eternity with this kind of, loosely speaking, more coherent and cohesive vibe. Instant favorite, repeatedly enjoyed on regular basis. Much love and keep 'em coming !

This definitely has a summery feel to me. One soundtrack that I would toss into this mix, that came out years ago, is the soundtrack to Betty Blue by Gabriel Yared.

I did struggle a bit from ~13:00 - 35:00 ... the tempo was too much of a departure from what I've come to expect from the Guitarissimo vibe. Let's see if it grows on me.
