Suntonal Atmosphere

A the loon sings in the silhouette of the cresting sun, we are awoken once again to the free experimental sounds of creative music from Japan to Denmark to New York. We float amongst the sun soaked layers of sound drifting through the Rootcellar library of vinyl. Vibrant rays of trumpet glisten brightly as soft reflections of vibraphones and tonal guitars vibrate through the haze and percussive patterns evolve like symbiotic organisms in the rich garden soil of a sunny afternoon. Nourishing our ears and laying fertile space for growth and contemplation. As the day passes the sun eases back into the horizon with a complex palate of sounds and feelings that leave the listener inspired and comforted by the evening sounds of the loon and coyote.
