Perpetual Tracks

A selection of tracks that have perpetually driven my curiosity and passion for jazz music throughout my life and still shape my listening today.

In fact the real catalyst of this mix was to arrange some tunes of a few musicians I will be seeing live this week! That idea made me start reminiscing back in time to some of my earliest jazz concerts and how my appreciation for the music has evolved and the pivotal performances that have helped shape that growth. From Ernest Ranglin to Charlie Hunter and John Scofield, to the even more current artists found through Colemine records; Delvon Lamarr Trio, Parlor Greens, Scone Cash Players. Jazz has always and will always be a perpetual part of my life and I hope these tracks find you deeply appreciating the journey and finding your own tracks to follow.
