In the early 2000s, The Crush Kids threw unforgettable parties across Central Florida, featuring weekly extravaganzas like Crush, Saturday Thursday, Pulp, and JESUS (The Party). Amidst this vibrant scene, Evan Strange shared the stage with an illustrious lineup, including Ac Slater, Doorly, Diplo, Switch, Steve Aoki, Calvertron, Figure, Designer Drugs, Treasure Fingers, Bird Peterson, Pase Rock, Kid Sister with Flosstradamus, Villains, Dj Huggs & The Acid Kidz, among others.

His influence extended further as he led Modified Noise, a group that helped pioneer the "crunk step" genre, blending southern hip-hop with dubstep. Later, Evan Strange became the DJ for the electronic screamo group I Set My Friends On Fire, touring nationwide across the U.S.
