This 5Rhythms Wave was created for personal practice, with love. It was created to support a dancing exploration of the 5Rhythms and the Elements (Flowing/Earth, Staccato/Fire, Chaos/Water, Lyrical/Air, and Stillness/Ether).
We dance to feel ourselves sacred upon this Earth. To stoke Fire in belly, to let heartbeat become drum, to remember the birthright of rhythm. We dance to soften, to sweat, to weep, to fling these holy precious Waters in wild prayers of love in motion. We dance to breathe deeper, to lighten up, to let Air lift our soul songs. We dance until full, until brimming, until empty. We dance until we remember we are Life. We are mystery. We are part of the precious aching beauty of it all.
