Amendment 61 Overview

Colorado voters will decide on three tax and spending measures this November that collectively seek to cut billions of dollars from both state and local governments. If passed, Amendment 61 would ban governments from borrowing money and issuing bonds. As part of our series on the ballot questions, state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has more.
