Penalties For Polygamy To Significantly Decrease In Utah

Polygamy may no longer be a felony offense in Utah, should the governor sign the measure passed by state lawmakers sitting on his desk. State lawmakers overwhelmingly supported the measure that would move polygamy by conselting adults from a fourth-degree felony to that of a traffic ticket.
