Hello and welcome to my 10th episode. It has been a while since I issued a podcast. That you have my apologies if you missed me and if you did not, then well, no apology needed.
Longs gaps in things do tend to break up the flow of things, but I was really struggling for content. I was going to have a rant episode about service and how things are not served on actual plates (see hipster food). I thought about and discussed my reservations about it with people around me. I decided not to podcast a rant. It would be rather alienating and to be honest there are enough people out there who bitch and complain.
