Proverbs 25
A message by Pastor Bill Mann on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Kings Grace Fellowship. Proverbs 25 Introduction Twice in a row I get to teach. What a treat! I wanna jump right into Proverbs 25 tonight. So let’s get to reading. Highlight #1 – Wise Sayings (vs. 2,4) 1. God reveals, man discovers (v. 2) Proverbs 25:2 (NKJV) 2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter. I like this passage because it encouraged me to seek after the Lord more because I realize that I’ve only seen what’s He has revealed to me. There IS more! So much more! But I have to seek after Him with my whole heart. 2. All cleaned up (v. 4) Proverbs 25:4 (NKJV) 4 Take away the dross from silver, And it will go to the silversmith for jewelry. This has always spoke to me, each time I read it. Although I know God will take me just as I am, and He will use me with all of my warts. But, I want to become the masterpiece that Paul talks about Christ working in me. I think in
