Here in the UK we've got a double-bank holiday this weekend, simply because The Queen's been in the same job for a while, so we all get a couple of extra days listening time - Ace! So to celebrate, a bonus-length three-hour Kamikaze for all you fine souls. Thirty-five tracks in here in total, each and every one a gem. Daniel Padden and Suum Cuique take centre stage, though other time-hogging tracks come from Harry Partch, Morton Subotnick, Marcus Schmickler, David Orphan, and the unbelievably good Erkki Kurenniemi & Circle collaboration. Other new bits come courtesy of Visitor, Ricardo Tobar, Traxman, Drainolith, Hieroglyphic Being, and Head Boggle; whilst on the reissue front, some Ethiopian wedding songs, a little kwela, a bit of Cumbian, some roots, dub, and rocksteady, some old African bits, some older Spanish music, a little Greek, some jungle thigh-slapping, ancient Indian warbling, some gospel, some blues, some rockabilly, and a couple more Muslimgauze albums...
