Often a good time to let go of some what we have collected over the last season. Weed the garden, mulch the garden...turn the compost, add to the compost.
So there is a bit of release, a bit of expand and I suggest putting on your head phones and going outside to be with some dirt, naked feet, dirty hands if you wanna x
