Soul is the combination of African American Spirituals, R&B and Jazz. A music of joy, spiritual love and also music of resistance. Who sings, cries, laughs and has sensitivity is your spirit. The body merely serves as the instrument.

After enduring a long period of being disconnected from their true history, culture, and spiritual science, Africans on the hostile American continent found comfort in their music and spirituality. It became their means of connecting with one another and finding the energy to survive.

Despite living in an environment of oppression, they were able to sing about love because love exists within evolved souls that illuminate the lives of others.
