I’ve been wanting to create a strings and piano mix for a while, and was finally pushed into action after hearing Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch’s album - https://emilielevienaise-farrouch.bandcamp.com/. This is well worth a listen, as the whole thing is amazing. Everything else has just fallen into place around that, and through my discovery of Keith Kenniff - https://circleintosquare.bandcamp.com/album/the-last-survivor - whose work is also worth tracking down. Cheers! Yes, I've got The Moon & The Melodies on vinyl. It's a beautiful album, as is Blood by TMC. Wish there could be another TMC album, I'm sure it would still beat everything around it hands down.
This was a wonderful bask in the resonance of piano strings and reverb .. I loved being reminded of This Mortal Coil after a long absence and the Harold Budd and Cocteaus collaberation which without googleing I think I purchased about 30 years ago ..really?....where did the time go...as always thanks for uploading really stellar.
