Spring Deep Rhythm recorded live ... Deep Rhythm is a new space for expansive dance journeys, bringing together the focus of conscious dance & movement meditation practice with the magical freedom of DJ-led journeying. Music will be our container, guide and medicine. There will be a warm-up and a deep dives into the waves. No talking on the dance floor; dancing solo, in relationship and as a tribe are all possible and encouraged.
