After a week back, I feel I'm some way back on the horse. This mix draws influence from many of the DJ's I saw whilst overseas, as well as a contrast with a few tracks (5) I loved before I left.
This mix reflects my external perspective as an Australian DJ, neither aided nor limited by the traditions of my context (as we have little-to-none). Heavily influenced by Adam Beyer's Drumcode label, as well as Carl Cox, Mark Knight, Joris Voorn and more, my style is a global one uninterrupted by any Australian style. The title references both this and my amazing sister, who recently got engaged to a delightful fella. If not for her, none of my European travels and experiences could have been possible > sickest b*tch.
