Gettin' There

The title Gettin' There describes what we are all trying to do in our own ways. Despite all of the obstacles, strife, and negativity we see in the world we still persevere every day with our own goals, motivations, and positive influence. Helping out even when things are tough. This mix is deep and dark at times. Sexy and funky at others. Some world influence, too. I originally thought about leaving off the last 2 tracks as it sounded great without, too. Kept them there as it added a little melancholy and reverent feel with a hopeful ending designed to soothe and comfort us all when we need it in the world.

Mix of some of my favorite tracks I have checked out over the last couple of months. Shout outs to my friends on Mixcloud! I have, admittedly, found several of these as a result of listening to your amazing mixes! So a little bit of a tribute with this one with my own flavor and feelings. As always, please listen, comment, share, and favorite or like as you see fit. :0
