Decade [Ambient/Dubstep/Breaks]

This was originally intended as the first half of a two hour retrospective mix of the 2000s, but the second half was lost in a hard drive fire and now this feels more thematically connected to the heavy snow of January 2010 when it was mixed. It also reminds me of my first days living in Leeds in general, the dubstep section in particular encapsulating the vibe of staring out of a window at city lights burning in the distance. I'm still proud of this one, it was one of my first attempts to mix up a variety of genres into an ambient soundscape and came together very nicely.
