Absolutely Fantastic mix of groovin, thumpin, drivin' Techno tunes! This is yet another example of a skillfully crafted set to serve as lesson to those that study the art.

One thing I love about Techno is all the diversity in the sound. Sure, that can be said about every genre and sub-genre, but Techno as a core has many faces. I really liked the sound you put together for this set as you demonstrate this variety. A big Detroit influence is present here, but that harder, and darker berlin sound is weaved into it. Great grooves and heavy beats turn the gears. This is certainly what Techno is, and I was a happy listener. Great work, J!

Dark and heavy! Lovin' it! Great layering! Excellent transactions with the tracks mid mix. Nice little parting of the clouds on that Angy Kore Remix and the Salm rehash.

Deep in your element, right at home, you definitely deliver a super tight set. Perhaps it's due to this cozy familiarity that it comes out as rich, unique and so varied in sound, yet so closely knit together. I've had to rewind a couple of times, as some of the tracks just build so beautifully, it's tempting to get through them numerously. Great selection, J, so inspirational, as I've been craving that kind of sound lately. Maybe there is something scorching about it that lends well to a middle of the summer :)
