A soft, slowing-down soundscape from my last class on Proximity, as part of the 9-month program Dancing With the Master.

I invite you to connect to your heart and let it guide you into intimacy with yourself, and with your inner felt perception.

Unconditional love is unconditional attention -
to our inner world,
to our inner child,
to our inner body.

This intimacy, which many of us did not fully receive from our caretakers, is now ours to offer ourselves -
and from there, to gently open into intimacy with others.
