Remember Your Truth

This is one of the 3 dance rituals shared at the recent Seven Sisters Festival.

Amidst these times of uncertainty- it can be quite easy to get swept up in what others say, think, feel, or how others choose to react and respond. This dance ceremony was an invitation to connect INwards and allow your own truth to guide you.

Your body, heart and spirit- knows exactly what you need to know and can guide you towards the actions and responses that are yours and can serve others in a good way. This dance is an invitation to listen to your SELF and trust in the wisdom and TRUTH that moves through you.

More than ever- we are being invited to anchor deeply into our inner knowing- and allow this to be what assists us in taking each and every next step forward. May this dance mix help you to remember...and with that- offer it up to ALL of your relations so that they may remember the truth inside of themselves also.
