New Waves Make Waves

This is a mix of introspective and dancey music. These sounds spark my soul into being, and I hope this has the same stimulating effect on you. I have included tracks from some up and coming South African groups and performers notably Sarah Jane Mary Hills (ex Sunways) whose atmospheric time lapse song 'Only Love' is astonishing, a track from Asleep in Transit's debut ep , Rowan Stuarts rock project 'Light in Cages'. I have also included a track - the hauntingly beautiful 'Hollow Part' from Jaspar Lepaks 2011 album "Forgiving Wind" which was recorded with South African musicians here in Durban! Anne Clark's 'Wallies' is the only retro electro track but I felt its message still so vital! Happy listening!
