I wanted to create a seamless journey through house, disco, tech house, and funky jackin' rhythms - the kind of sound that lights up a dancefloor, whether you’re in a club, your living room, or on a summer drive.
It’s a celebration of old and new. I start off with a bouncy jackin track “Bless Me Today’ by Alan Dixon that blends elements of gospel house and groovy rhythms leading into some vocal disco beats. It encapsulates my love for a diverse range of house music. As I get further into my mix, I juxtapose current tracks with more funky, soulful grooves that evoke feel good energy, funky basslines, soulful vocals, and driving jackin beats. Towards the latter part we go down tempo with some melodic deep house with elements of progressive. I hope you’ll agree that it’s a mix that puts a smile on your face and makes it impossible to sit still.
