Damon Albarn once said that Danger Mouse's instruments are the people he collaborates with. The great late Mark Linkous said he's the Hendrix of the laptop. Paste magazine crowned him best producer of the decade, in a decade ruled by Timbaland, Mark Ronson and Kanye.

And indeed, Danger Mouse is the most prominent producer of the 00's, because he really does what Albarn claimed he does: playing incredibly talented musicians: Beck, Cee-lo Green, The Black Keys, Tony Allen, Albarn himself, among others.

These 16 tracks are a personal playlist of DM favorites, so you won't find any Gorillaz, The Doom and The Mask or The Gray Album tracks here. It was also originally compiled in 2011, so anything post 2011 is also missing.
