I love those lost, forgotten, rare, obscure, and underplayed rock 'n' roll era recordings. These are songs and tunes I affectionately like to refer to as, "Golden Grooves".

I produce two shows weekly. I have a vintage classic chart count down show (3 hours) which features UK & Billboard charts mostly from the late 50's and the early 60's. I also produce a Golden Grooves show (2 hours) focussing on the lost and forgotten rarely played 50's & 60's. These shows are syndicated after being released here first on Mixcloud.

This channel is my official home for ALL my shows and my mission and passion is really simple.....I want to give these great songs renewed life and another chance to be heard and hopefully enjoyed.

Yes, it looks like I will be getting away from the start of next week on my annual vacation so here's what's happening musically.

ASR (AllsoundsRadio) 50's & 60's shows will continue to be broadcast at 4pm UK time and then uploaded here on Mixcloud every Saturday, around 6.15pm UK time throughout August. Hi Phil, I badly need a break and yes it's hot but there's a double reason for wanting to get over this summer after the terrible happenings the locals have been enduring lately. I'll recharge the old batteries and come back stronger and hopefully with some fresh ideas. It's been a tough old time since last November.
