One September morning I arrived alone at Edinburgh Waverly bus station which was wall to wall with white tracksuits.
Feeling a little alienated by this a little I searched for anyone who looked a bit different but definitely going to the Rez.
And there they were; Ewan, Smig and Bri.
I went up to these guys and asked if they mind if I tagged along with them for the 20 hours of mayhem that awaited at the Royal Highland Showground Centre and of course they obliged.
In the end we spent the whole thing together and I got to know 3 of the soundests geezers I've eever known.
Bri was inspirational in the direction my life took after that as we stayed in touch and he informed me of upcoming gigs in the north east.
The rest as they say history.
Bri you are and always will be a legend, this mix is dedicated to you.
