The leaves are falling from the trees in a glorious and colorful tribute to change, turning riotous colors in their last hurrah of letting go. A number of blowsy politicians are turning colors and falling off their trees of late, as well--an expected electoral accompaniment to this time of year. Fun to watch. Today's show is called Turning Point: a turning point in math is the peak of a parabola--the crest of the mountain, the top of the roller coaster.
