Vincent was a buddy of mine who sadly passed away in early January 2016.
I wanted to post this mix as a tribute to a fellow I met via club nights I promoted around the UK.
Vince once told me that he loved to come along and dance to the tunes I was playing....as varied as soul, funk, house to hiphop sessions. It didn't have to be stuck in a musical rut.
It could be anything, as long as it moved his soul and made him smile.
This set of tunes were played at The Blue Room Reunion on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August 2014.
It was beautiful to see him dance that day with his beloved Rebekah and for them both to get lost to the good grooves. Later on that night, I had the best conversation, laughing, smiling, bro hugging, and just sharing a beer or two.
Memories I'll cherish, no doubt.
