Seeing Scars

Scripture: John 20:19-20, John 20:24-28, Isaiah 53:5, The question is are we the type of body that tries to convince the world that Christ exists by getting them to come to church so they can hear someone from the front talk about the existence and reality of the risen Christ. Or are we the type of body that is so well acquainted with our own shortcomings, our own pain, and our own healing that we are willing to step into places that are locked down and guarded and having those who don’t know Jesus see our scars? There is something to be said about the evangelistic capability of seeing scars. We find this truth in the narrative we have been given.
