Proper Business (Holiday Special).......
No.11 of The Bathtime Experiment on Shore Radio Edinburgh. Recorded live every Thursday night from 9-11pm. A Holiday special of big tracks and even less wittering. This week I wanted to play as many of my favourite long tracks and manged to fit in at least 3 over 10 mins. Including one collection (or suite) at over 22mins
From King Crimson to Monosapiens, this week the natter gradually reduces yet again (it's getting better) and the tracks expanding in length. 22 mins of Nine feet underground, 10mins of Frank and 11 mins of sci fi genius! A holiday special in all senses as I depart from the usual format and go free wheelin'. The mixing could be improved but what would be the point? It is the first time I have ever been able to play some Peeping Tom though. That makes me very happy.
