My first introduction to Zvuku's work was his Rural Colours piece 'Half Full' released last year. A standout piece for me, I've since been following his work on Soundcloud, and recently been sent his forthcoming release on Heat Death Records - 'Midway Slump'.
There is something elegant within Zvuku's classically edged drones, moving yet restrained, still but dynamic in composition. You can hear how the influences in this mix may have permeated Zvuku's work, but his music still stands very much on its own.
