Cleveland experimental-ambient artist John Daniel (aka Forest Management) has recently gained international attention with his latest full-length The Contemplative Life (released by UK's Cathedral Transmissions) and Sky Image EP (on Perth-based Twice Removed). This next year will also showcase more of Daniel's interest in film music - a recently-completed score for Serbian filmmaker Marina Danic, as well as an ongoing collaboration with video artist Leigh Silverblatt.
"This mix represents a common thread of sounds found in my own personal music library, and the resulting images, feelings, and mind-states that I have come to most appreciate. For late-night observations, gazing into the fluorescent-lit city."
