A short melt of few cumbia tracks slowed and pitched down into 70BPM rebajado* jam. This was sitting on my disk since 2017, wanted to push it into something more complete, but never actually did. I bumped on it on my hard drive recently and decided to publish as it is.
*cumbia rebajada:
rebajado means to reduce, to lower. Rebajada essentially is slowing down the beat of cumbia to create a much more tranquilizing groove. The end result, music perfect for mota. This subgenre of cumbia by some is considered a protoplast of codeine fueled screw (hip hop) and vaporwave.
