Silver Maple

Silver Maple is one of those songs that I've had the basic structure (chords and bass line) for a couple years but just couldn't quite figure out how I wanted it to all come together. It ended up taking a different direction than I initially anticipated and I had a lot of fun watching it unfold. A silver maple is a type of tree that grows rapidly but has very brittle wood as a result. The song is about the accelerated growth in technology and changes in our society that have come about over the last couple decades. Thanks for checking it out!
