Although real life has once again sidelined me, it's only temporary. I still continue to leaf thru the old 45s every chance I get... Xmas is fast approaching which means the chances will all but disappear for a few weeks, but I will do my best. Here’s a few that I’ve kept on ice for a bit, hence the title of the mix. I may have played some of these in another cloudcast over the past eighteen months, who knows, but this is what I was feeling at the time so I went with it. There's some fairly rare ones here, some a bit hammered, but all hella funky. I also added what I consider to be the greatest 45 I have ever heard from the mighty Lou Courtney. One that sadly I will never own, that is unless I can come up with a couple of quick C notes... Enjoy :)
I pledge allegiance to the banner of the universal love of cratedigging, and to the turntables on which they spin. One nation under vinyl, indivisible with funk and soul for all.
Thanks so much to all the new followers.
