I featured a mix about three years ago called Lost in the Meadow, it was very mellow, a bit alternative and experimental. This is a sort of follow up but we take things a bit further.
During the mix the weather changes with the help of some field recordings of our own and outdoor recorded music. It starts with rain (recorded here at FRUK HQ) but we then head indoors for a live session from King Creosote, James Yorkston and Pictish Trail…we head out again into a spring garden with Mary Hampton and later to a field of sheep with Cate Le Bon for another live session…you get the picture. One to chill to.

enjoying it ... thank you Folk Radio UK.
enjoyed listening very much
As a huge fan of the 'Lost in the Meadow' mix, this is a worthy continuation. An astute selection! Super digging the Bill Calahan, followed up by Theo Angell, and that blissful sitar finisher. Maestro!
Cheers John, really pleased you like it as a follow up. :)
