Wet Ink’s Josh Modney debuts as a bandleader in the company of several Flotation Device regulars, while Bucher-Tan-Countryman and the Mela/Amba duo file improvisational reports from New York and Manilla. Some not-quite-obscene avant-No Wave from Poland’s Kurws rounds out the playlist.
