Having downloaded only a handful of tunes recently, I was messing around last night seeing what sounded nice. With the sun going down earlier than ever, and the cold dark nights well and truly here, I wanted a late night mix that would transport me to warmer climates, imagining the sun setting on the beach.Twenty minutes later and this one-take no-monitor headphone mix (excuse the rough edges) is the result. Bassy dancing party vibes still, it's a bit of a departure from the usual bashment stuff that you're used to from me. Featuring tracks from Liberia, Nigeria, Angola and Johannesburg, this is essentially a brief African expedition, made with a potential future gig in mind. Hope you like it!
