Zappin' it to ya .. This mix from June of 1989 brings back some great memories of my party years and the clubs I worked at during this period. The end of a decade was rapidly approaching and club music continued to evolve. I recall buying a lot of import 12" vinyl in the late 80's because there was still a lot of great Euro tracks that weren't being picked up by labels here in the States. It's great hearing songs you hardly ever hear anymore like "It's Nature's Way" and "Electric Youth" again. All tracks originally from vinyl, this 90 minute beat-mixed tape has some really great tracks symbolic of this period in time (and the mixing ain't bad either!). I hope you will enjoy the music!
