Digital's putting out an EP (on Sept 15) (https://functionrecordsuk.bandcamp.com/album/water-bucket-ep) of tunes that are an "homage to his earlier musical influences". i gave them a listen and was immediately pushed back 15 years to the early days of Function and Phantom Audio. so i figured i'd get out all of those tunes from 1999-2005 and before and have a little jam session.
in a fit of inattention, i played Changing Lanes by Amit twice. and in a fit of fanaticism, i pulled a rewind in my living room of Ras '78, one of my all time favourite tunes. i'll blame both on the pints i had last night.
