The Barker Band is a West London folk band anchored by a mean bluegrass banjo and a love for George Jones, Ronnie James Dio and everything in-between. They offer up a unique mix of folk, bluegrass, rock and blues, as on here, their very first podcast for London Fields Radio.
This session was recorded a few days before they put on International Banjo Day – and they are more than a little exctited about it. Prepare for a show filled with live music, tipsiness, belly laughs and an open-minded musical selection as, like they say, "you never know when you might hear your new favourite song."
