Make will be exploring music made in unique and fascinating ways. Whether its someone constructing a song by meticulously sampling an old rubber band, a group of individuals making flutes out of carrots and avocados or someone playing the synth monstrosity they took years to build, we're interested.
Some may say that this inaugural edition of Make is a teasing and tantalising taster of what's to come. Yet others may say that it sounds like a collection of songs. Despite such differences of opinion, it would be difficult to deny that it was a show featuring music made in fascinating ways. This show includes a feature on the wonders of circuit bending, the bewildering sounds of a creaking electronic instrument from 60's East Germany, plenty of frighteningly well placed field recordings and the debut of the enigmatic oo.
