Starting with Southwick by the great Maceo Parker. The Whitefield brothers from germany keep this all instrumental before Dr. John joins the party with the first vocal track. Parliament is up next with their early Breakdown, followed by Invictus label mates Chairman Of The Board and the advice to Party All Night. Norman Whitfield produced the next song, Yvonne Fairs version of Funky Music Sho Nuff Turns Me On. United 8 go Uptown before Raspitin Stash order you to Dance With Me. A funky track by the Commodores is the last vocal part of the set. The Poets Of Rhythm add some rare grooves and Breakestra drop a cover of a Marvin Gaye classic. Eddie Bo closes the set with his Funky Jam.
