Ok... Celtic music and intervals, in the end I come up with some epic music, just to keep the class going with the same level of effort!
Is not easy having a class doing intervals of 1 minute effort + 20 sec recovery during x 5 times and resting 1/2 minutes in the end! Working hard and developing the anaerobic and the aerobic threshold!
